dann WINTER!!! so sah's Sonntag frueh vor meiner Wohnung aus

Ja, kalt wird's mittlerweile in Beijing. Aber man muss nur richtig angezogen sein..

On Sep. 23, 2009, a friend of mine, Josh Kirkman, died in Beijing of an apparent aortic aneurysm. quick and unexpected.
Two days before his death, he asked me to meet for a coffee later that week. It didn't work out.
The first time I met him was during a nice hike on the Wild Wall in Feb, and afterwards he always used to describe the beauty of the mountains he used to hike back at home in South Carolina.
At this point my condolences go out to his parents and his brother, who were so far away when he died. I cannot imagine how it must feel to lose my big brother..
